Born and raised in Hamburg, Germany, the birthplace of Engel & Völkers, my journey to real estate began at a rather early age. My childhood memories include passing by the iconic E&V Villa on Hamburg's elegant Elbchaussee, though back then, I had yet to grasp the significance of Engel & Völkers. After studying Intl. Business at Miami University, I delved into the world of entrepreneurship, working alongside my father in his export business. My passion for real estate ignited when I purchased my first 4-family rental at the age of 24. Despite initial challenges, including unexpected vacancies and neglected units, I embraced the opportunity to renovate and revitalize, ultimately doubling the rents and solidifying my love for the industry. In the mid-2000s, I ventured into speculative waterfront home investment in Cape Coral, Florida, navigating the highs and lows of the market with resilience and determination. While the real estate crash of 2007 brought its share of setbacks, it also reinforced my commitment to the field. With nearly three decades of real estate involvement under my belt, I finally decided to pursue my long-held dream of becoming a licensed realtor. Inspired by Engel & Völkers' reputation for excellence, I joined their esteemed team in St. Pete Beach, Florida. From the moment I connected with the brokerage, I knew it was the perfect fit.
