Leisa Erickson Group at Compass

My husband and I purchased a home in St. Petersburg in January. Leisa was the listing agent, she represented the buyer and another agent represented us. Leisa was increasingly hostile and combative during the process, even commenting that she hoped our sale fell through. The agent representing us was amazing and agreed to represent our son and daughter in law in the sale of their home. Leisa sold the brokerage, locking them in a contract. We have reached out to her several times but she refuses to answer any correspondence. She has made no effort to honor the listing contract, has not assigned another agent and has essentially left them in limbo. Incredibly unprofessional! I would never advice anyone to use her services!
